Ellis Williams
(Music Licensing/Producer)
Ellis Williams is a South Florida native and current Richmond, VA resident whose musical journey has spanned more than 25 years as a trumpeter, vocalist, composer, and songwriter. With three albums and multiple singles released, he’s built a reputation for blending artistry and authenticity in every note. A proud alumnus of Norfolk State University and holder of a Master’s in Entertainment Business Management from Full Sail University, Ellis has carved out his space not only as a performer but also as a strategist in the ever-evolving music industry. He’s the founder of E Willz Entertainment, head of sync at Mirror House Music Group, and a voting member of the Recording Academy Class of 2025, making his presence felt both on the creative and business sides of music.
Beyond the spotlight, Ellis is dedicated to service—educating, advocating, and licensing music for indie artists with the same passion he brings to his own craft. His dual role as an artist and music licensor allows him to bridge communities and open doors for talent that deserves to be heard. Always forward-thinking and community-minded, Ellis continues to "live the music" while building connections that matter. Christine Williams
(Licensing/Finance/Operations)
Christine is an efficiency whisperer who dances to the beat of her own drum. As a former sax player turned auditor, love brought Christine to music licensing. She is married to the owner of E Willz Entertainment and joined her life partner in 2023 to launch the “E Willz Entertainment Music Catelog.”
At EWE, Christine serves as the Head of Finance and Operations where she uses her extensive experience from the corporate world to manage financial activities, streamline workflows, and implement strategic initiatives that support the company's objectives and long term growth.
Christine is a Virginia native with a professional background in audit, accounting, and business consulting. She has worked in numerous industries from consumer products to financial services and holds a Masters in Accountancy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Outside of music licensing, Christine loves spending time in her garden or crafting up a Gordon Ramsey approved meal.
Brian E. Lumpkin
(Producer/Mastering Engineer)
Brian is currently a recording, live sound, and lighting engineer with the United States Air Force, Heritage of America Band. He has traveled all over the world having spent 8+ years working throughout Europe, Africa, Australia and the Indo-Pacific region. His background in music is extensive including, Jazz, Orchestral, Symphonic, Choral, Drum Corps/Marching Band, Rock/Pop/Country, and more.
Brian is credited on the United States Air Force - Band of the West album: Turbine as Percussionist, Audio Technician, and Recording Production Staff. This was recorded at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Performing Arts Center. He currently holds an Associates in Applied Science Degrees in Audio Production Technologies, and an Associate of Arts - Emphasis in Sound Design from Mesa Community College (MCC).
Previously, he was adjunct faculty for MCC, teaching Electronic Music Synthesis, and Sound Design for Theatre and Film. He was also nominated to the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival for his original sound design and music score for the MCC production: An Enemy of the People by Henrik Ibsen.
You can catch this engineer with the "USAF Heritage of America Band", as well as, "Good Shot Judy,” a high octane swing band from Virginia.
